Just started a blog to try and get a bit of awareness going on about "el escocés diablo", or in English "The Scotch Devil". I've been a chef for about 10 years now, and my main passion out of all the thing I love and cook is chillies. So after thinking about it, I've decided to start looking into doing my own brand of chilli sauces, relishes, chutnies and marinades. I won't be out there for a while, but I intend to in the next few months trying out a few recipes, some creative inventions, and maybe just possibly on my days off, going to local markets and trying to sell my demonic wares.
